So, the story goes that Patrick Mimran AKA Axxess made this record while he was the top executive at Lamborghini Motors. Novels for the Moon, the 1983 record that this track belongs to, was actually released on Lamborghini Records, the in-house record label of the Lamborghini corporation! I couldn't make this up if I tried.
Aside from that ridiculous backstory, it's a pretty excellent example of 80's synth music, somewhere between the soundtracks Goblin made with John Carpenter and classic Kraftwerk.
